We strive to empower our players not only in basketball but in their personal and academic lives, instilling values of hard work, discipline, and accountability. Our mission is to build a championship mindset both on and off the court, as we proudly represent Sprayberry High School with passion and integrity.
Meet Our coaches
Coach Rachel Louie
Head Coach
Coach Rachel Louie is a former standout point guard and accomplished basketball coach with a lifelong passion for developing athletes. Coach Louie has more than 15 years of coaching and player-development experience, including extensive work at Sprayberry High School. After serving as a Lady Jackets assistant, she became Head Coach of Sprayberry Girls Basketball in 2026. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes defense, fundamentals, discipline, teamwork, and developing student-athletes on and off the court.
